Welcome to HoneyB Construction, where tradition meets innovation in the heart of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The name HoneyB is inspired by two key elements that define us: my last name, Brignac, and the Louisiana state insect, the honey bee. Just as bees are known for their meticulous craftsmanship and teamwork, we embody these qualities in every project we undertake.

Taylor Brignac - Founder and CEO
Born and raised in the heartland of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, Taylor Brignac's roots run deep in the rich Southern soil. A proud alumnus of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Taylor graduated with a major in Civil Engineering, complemented by a Minor in Surveying. This academic foundation highlights a penchant for precision and a dedication to structures that last – qualities deeply ingrained in Taylor's character.
Beyond academia, Taylor's commitment to service is exemplified by an impressive 9-year tenure with the United States Army National Guard and Reserve Units. This experience has not only instilled in Taylor a resilient work ethic but also an unwavering dedication to teamwork, leadership, and national pride.
When not immersed in the technical intricacies of engineering projects or upholding the values of military service, Taylor can often be found embracing the natural wonders of Louisiana. An avid hunter and angler, Taylor cherishes the serene moments when man meets nature, reinforcing a deep appreciation for the environment and the delicate balance that sustains it.

Rob Landers - Senior Partner, Custom Builds
Rob Landers is a seasoned construction professional with over 36 years of experience in the industry. Born in Clinton and raised in Greensburg, Louisiana, Rob's deep-rooted passion for building and design has been a driving force in his career. As a key member of HoneyB Construction, Rob brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project he undertakes.
Beyond his professional life, Rob is an avid outdoorsman with a fervent love for hunting and fishing. His enthusiasm for bow hunting is contagious, and he enjoys sharing tales of his adventures with anyone who'll listen. This love for the outdoors reflects in his work ethic, where he combines precision and patience – qualities essential to both construction and hunting.

Bailey Sherman - Design Coordinator
Bailey is an established watercolor artist, cosmetology educator, and the owner of a private boutique salon. With a keen eye and passion for sustainable and accessible home design and decor, she brings a unique and invaluable perspective to HoneyB Construction. Her design aesthetic is timeless and organic, with a touch of whimsical flair that adds a special charm to every project.
As HoneyB Construction's Design Coordinator, Bailey's major goal is to blend functionality with comfort and beauty in every space she creates. She strives to design homes that serve as a haven from the daily chaos of life, ensuring that each room provides a sense of comfort and serenity. At both the beginning and end of the day, Bailey's mission is to help our clients feel the true comfort of home in every room she touches.
